Santa Maria College is a Year 7-12 Catholic Girls' College with a total enrolment of over 900 students. The College is dedicated to attracting and retaining talented and motivated staff, chosen to lead and support our students on their educational journey.

Santa Maria College believes that its staff, both teaching and non-teaching, are its most valuable resource. The College nurtures a dynamic professional learning community that celebrates creativity, engagement and critical thinking. All staff members are provided with myriad opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skills through professional learning.

Inspired and informed by our Good Samaritan heritage, Santa Maria College educates young women in a Catholic Community where all are encouraged to contribute with the gifts given to them to make a difference in the world.

Based on the Benedictine traditions of Peace, Hospitality and Stewardship, the College places an emphasis on a holistic education. Students learn through academic programs, mission programs, pastoral care and wellbeing programs, physical activities and other co-curricular pursuits.
