Vision Statement

The ‘Santa Spirit’ embraces all in the community, encouraging partnerships with the Good Samaritan Sisters, families, and alumnae to continue to build upon the lively and treasured story of the College. Our progressive educational endeavours guide a search for truth, a spirit of inquiry and a deep love of learning. We celebrate our diversity by developing critical social awareness, reverence for and responsibility towards all of creation. We strive to create an atmosphere of trust and hope where all are accepted, affirmed, encouraged, and challenged to flourish and grow to their full potential.

Mission Statement

Nurtured in the Catholic faith and the principles of the Good Samaritan Benedictine tradition, Santa Maria College is a community of learners where all are empowered to be critical thinkers and encouraged to live the Good Samaritan Benedictine values.
