You will also be required to provide (upload) supporting documentation (Birth Certificate, Baptism Certificate (if applicable), Visa documentation (if applicable) when you complete your online Application. You will also need to pay a non-refundable application administration fee of $66. We will call you once you have lodged your application to process this payment over the phone.
